Terms & Conditions 

1. Services

​

• Professor Detail Auto Care LLC provides mobile and/or on-site auto detailing, cleaning, restoration, and vehicle appearance services. Specific services, pricing, and time estimates may vary based on vehicle size, condition, location, and service selection.

• We reserve the right to refuse service for any vehicle that we determine is unsafe to work on or requires services beyond the scope of what was booked.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

 

• Appointments are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

• Arrival times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior job conditions.

• The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact information and vehicle details at the time of booking​

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling 

​

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Prices listed are starting prices unless otherwise stated.

• Final pricing may change based on the condition of the vehicle, excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, odors, biohazards, or additional requested services.

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Accepted payment methods include [cash, credit/debit card, digital payment platforms – update as needed]

5. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

• Customers must disclose any known pre-existing damage prior to service.

• Professor Detail Auto Care LLC is not responsible for pre-existing issues including, but not limited to: scratches, dents, paint defects, rust, mechanical failures, worn interiors, or weakened trim.

• Some imperfections may become more visible after cleaning or detailing, which is normal and not considered damage caused by our services

6. Personal Belongings

​​

• Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to service.

• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.  ​

​

7. Satisfaction & Rework Policy

​

• If you are not satisfied with the service, concerns must be brought to our attention at the time of service completion.

• We will make reasonable efforts to address valid concerns on-site.

• Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of Professor Detail Auto Care LLC.

8. Access & Utilities

​

• For mobile services, the customer must provide safe access to the vehicle.

• If water or electricity is required, the customer agrees to provide access unless otherwise stated.

• Vehicles must be parked in a legal, safe, and accessible location.

9. Health, Safety & Biohazards
 

• Vehicles containing excessive biohazards (including mold, bodily fluids, insects, or sharp objects) may be refused or subject to additional fees. We do not clean vomit, feces, or any other serious biohazardous material.

• We reserve the right to discontinue service if unsafe working conditions are present.

10. Liability Limitation

 

• Appointments are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

• Arrival times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior job conditions.

• The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact information and vehicle details at the time of booking.

11. Weather Policy

​​

• Weather conditions may impact service quality or feasibility.

• Services may be rescheduled due to rain, extreme temperatures, or unsafe conditions.

12. Right to Refuse Service

 

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or vehicle for any reason, including unsafe conditions, abusive behavior, or unrealistic expectations.

13. Governing Law

​

• These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state(s) in which Professor Detail Auto Care LLC operates.

​

14. Changes to Terms

 

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
